  • About the Role

    As a Product Manager at GO Strategy, you’ll be the bridge between strategy and execution — translating high-level growth plans into actionable roadmaps and managing the delivery of digital initiatives for our clients. You’ll collaborate directly with brand partners and internal teams to ensure every project drives meaningful impact across e-commerce, marketing, and performance channels.

    You’ll also lead business reviews, monitor KPIs, analyze results, and identify new opportunities for optimization. This role requires strong strategic thinking, hands-on project execution, and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the execution of e-commerce and marketing strategies defined with clients.

    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Notion, Google Analytics, Shopify, and apps or similar tools.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (French a strong asset).

  • About the Role

    We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes digital performance — with a strong background in email marketing (Klaviyo), paid media, and affiliate marketing.

    You’ll manage campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid channels, while optimizing lifecycle flows and segmentation within Klaviyo. You’ll also play a key role in managing and growing affiliate programs — from partner recruitment and negotiation to reporting and performance optimization.

    This is a strategic and executional role, ideal for someone who’s analytical, proactive, and eager to drive measurable growth for top-tier e-commerce brands.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and optimize email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, including flows, segmentation, and A/B testing.

    • Plan, execute, and monitor paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels.

    • Oversee affiliate marketing programs, including partner recruitment, negotiations, activations, and reporting.

    • Analyze performance data to identify insights and optimization opportunities across all marketing channels.

    • Prepare client-facing reports and recommendations highlighting key results and next steps.

    • Collaborate with internal strategists and account managers to align campaigns with overall client goals.

    • Stay up to date with digital trends, platform changes, and best practices in e-commerce growth marketing.

    Requirements

    • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within e-commerce or a performance agency.

    • Proven experience managing Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, analytics).

    • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and similar platforms.

    • Experience in affiliate marketing: recruiting, managing, and optimizing partners.

    • Strong analytical and reporting skills using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar.

    • Excellent communication and client management abilities.

    • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.

    • English or French, and Spanish — read, write and spoken

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in setting up and optimizing email campaigns in Klaviyo and other tools.

    • Support marketing campaigns across various channels and platforms.

    • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities.

    • Help prepare weekly performance reports and campaign insights.

    • Contribute ideas for content, ad copy, and social media engagement.

    • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

    Requirements

    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

    • Strong interest in e-commerce, performance marketing, and digital growth.

    • Basic understanding of paid media, email marketing, other marketing channels or analytics is a plus.

    • Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Canva, or Shopify and Marketing tools (training provided).

    • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.

    • Self-motivated and proactive — able to work independently in a remote setting.

    • English or French, and Spanish — read, write and spoken
